Connect 

We will take the details received in your consultation to design a curated itinerary unique to your style and desires. We will work with our travel partners along with our experience and knowledge of resorts and destinations to narrow down the recommendations and experiences into an itinerary that you will love.

Design

We will present you with 2-4 preliminary itineraries for your review. If needed, we will then work together to refine one into the perfect getaway.

Present 

Once we have designed the perfect itinerary and it is approved by you, it’s time to finalize the trip. I will book all arrangements, flights, resorts, excursions, transportation, every detail including optimizing value and service, so you can relax, sit back and get excited about what’s to come!

Approve

We will finalize your itinerary with pertinent details, restaurant suggestions, recommendations, tips, and contacts that you might need while away. We will send you your finalized itinerary via our Travel App. The App is updated in real-time this will ensure that you always have the most current details available to you. We will also send paper travel documents via mail which will include some additional fun and useful travel items.

Before You Go

You are all set and ready to go. While on location, we are just a phone call away. You can also reach us via the chat feature on the Travel App or via WhatsApp, if you need support in any way.
